The Style Marketplace is a curated brand showcase within The Style Experience — an immersive event designed to help women gain clarity, confidence, and direction in their personal style. This is not a traditional vendor market. It is an intentional, elevated space where aligned brands connect with women who value quality, identity, and thoughtful purchasing.

About The Style Experience

The Style Experience is an intimate style-focused event featuring:

  • A live styling session

  • Interactive conversations

  • The style marketplace

What to Expect

  • Date: August 25, 2026
    Location: North Vancouver
    Marketplace Hours: 7:10 PM – 8:30 PM

    The marketplace will open after the educational styling session and runway presentation, allowing guests to first experience the style content before engaging with featured brands.

  • We are currently accepting applications from brands in

    • Clothing

    • Jewelry

    • Shoes & Handbags

    • Lifestyle & Wellness

  • Please review the following before applying:

    • The marketplace area will be outdoor / open-air

    • Electrical outlets will not be available

    • Vendors must provide any necessary lighting or battery-powered devices

    • Displays should be simple, clean, and professional

  • To maintain a smooth experience:

    • Setup begins at 4:00 PM

    • Vendors must be fully set up by 5:15 PM

    • Breakdown begins after 8:30 PM

    Detailed setup instructions will be shared with approved vendors.

  • Recommended items:

    • tablecloth or display covering

    • brand signage

    • clothing racks (if needed)

    • mirrors (optional for fashion brands)

    • payment system (Square, card reader, etc.)
